The first step to open your rolled up mattress is to place it on a flat surface, preferably the base that will be its support. Then you should remove the layer of plastic, carefully, in order not to damage the mattress.
Once the mattress has been removed from the packaging it will almost fully recover its original form in only a few minutes. Consequently, and in the following 12 hours, the mattress will end up recovering completely.
It is normal that during this gradual process and up to the 12 hours indicated following opening, the fabric has a few wrinkles, which is due to the fact that the mattress is still recovering its original form fully.
After the opening of the vacuum packaging of the mattress it is recommended that you wait up to two hours for its first use.
