7 tips to sleep better and feel more rested

Quality sleep has a direct influence on our health. We share our tips, so that you may sleep and feel better in your daily life.

Sleeping is very important for our body and mind. Thus, it is very important to adopt certain habits or practices that allow us to improve the quality of our sleep

1. Knowing when to change mattresses. All mattresses have an expiry date. Whereby we should change them when the surface of your mattress is dirty, torn, uneven, feel discomfort on any of the sides of the mattress or hear noises when you move.

2 .Buy a mattress that influences your quality of life positively. Buying a mattress is a decision that will influence your health and well being, therefore dedicate time and interest to your choice. Ask the salesman to explain the characteristics of the mattress to you in order to know which product to look for and/or require. Buy a product and not a price.

3.  Always go to bed and wake up at the same time every day.

4. Sleep in a comfortable, dark room and with a mild temperature.

5. Avoid the television, computers and other gadgets in the room.

6. Do not take heavy meals before going to bed.

7.  Reduce the brightness of the house 1 hour before going to sleep.
